These days I am loving baking. If you too love cakes and baking like I do, here is a simple vanilla cake recipe for you. The cake turns out soft, spongy and moist; It’s a great tea time snack. Here is how you can make soft & spongy vanilla cake.
Soft & Spongy Vanilla Cake Recipe
4 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
100 gms Salted Butter
1 cup All Purpose Flour
Oven Used : GE
Temperature: 365 Degrees Fahrenheit
Time: 45 Minutes
