Through an IG poll last week, I asked if you guys would like to see party makeup or everyday makeup, and so many of you opted for everyday makeup looks!! Sure thing!! This week’s blogs and tutorials are keeping in mind the requests I get from you all, lots of casual, quick and PRACTICAL everyday looks coming your way!
To start with, I am sharing some of the tips that can be really useful for your everyday makeup routine.
So many of you requested a Step-by-Step tutorial on how to apply makeup. I was thrilled and excited to share a video for the same. Not every one of us is comfortable wearing makeup, I get so many questions on primer… foundation… eyeshadows… etc.. etc.. I tried my best to make this video simple and easy for every beginner to learn how to apply makeup.
How to apply makeup? Tutorial for Beginners
Disclosure: This post is in collaboration with Soapbox, The products were sent to me by the brand, but my thoughts are absolutely genuine and true.
I was recently sent a bundle of soapbox products which in my opinion makes the best gift this holiday season, and I say so because of various reasons. For those who are not familiar, I insist, you to go and read about them as they not only offer great quality products to their customers but also have a great cause behind their business… for every product sold, a bar of soap is donated to a person in need! When I first learned about this, I was definitely blown away by the noble cause. I tried some of their products before as well and my overall experience was just fantastic! You can read the detailed review HERE.

We spend way too much time and money on skin care and hair care! It’s so unfair to leave hands and feet unattended. They surely need as much maintenance, care and time as our face or hair. My blog today is dedicated to simple tips for soft and heathy hands that work so hard and deserve the much needed attention.
Short Or Long, hair management is such a task! And this task can be made easy and peppy with these 8 must have hair accessories.
We have already stepped in the cold months of the year.. It’s time for some socks, gloves and bright lipsticks! In this post I shall try my best to help you pick right products and shades for your perfect winter makeup.
Before we proceed, a quick glance at the warm and cool tones. During winters it’s a good idea to stay in the warm tone territory.
Winter Makeup Guide
- Opt for BB and CC creams over mattifying foundations to avoid dry patches. These creams provide a higher degree of miniaturization to the skin, which is exactly what you want.
- For Blush, use a warm tone blush, such as peach or coral.
- If choosing bright shades, opt for more of oranges or reds (with orange undertones), or deep purple.
- If choosing light/ nude shades, caramel, peach, coral can be some good options.
- Pencil eyeliners look great! They add more warmth to the overall look.
- Go ahead and try on some good deep browns and greens.
- While playing with eye shadows, softer matte shades can do a good job.

I love to travel… and more than that, I love travelling light! I prefer carrying the essentials so that I concentrate more on spending some fun time with family and the place rather than keeping a check on my stuff. When it comes to makeup, my bag barely allocates space to a small to medium size pouch so I have to pick only the essentials…. And ofcourse no one would want to spend all the time doing makeup…. there is so much to explore when you are out!

The wedding season is in full swing and I see a lot of new trends coming up. The brides these days are upto new looks and color combinations. I too tried a variant and experimented with a Boho Bridal Makeup. The look is demure and understated overall, intensifying the features in a subtle manner.
This look can also work best for engagements or other wedding functions if you are wanting to go more dramatic on your wedding day.
Here I have kept a very light hand at contouring and emphasized more on making the skin look fresh and glowy.
