It’s actually been a while since I sat down to write a blog post… It feels great to be back here. As you would already tell, today’s blog is different from what I usually post, and that is because I feel the urge to share a few self-help tips that have worked well for me since years and could be helpful for you too.

Disclosure: This post is in collaboration with Demeter Fragrances, the products were sent to me by the brand, my thoughts on them are absolutely genuine and true.
Rose scents have been my favorite for the longest time. I am always thrilled to try rose scented products. My perfect pick for a scent would be something mild and gentle, like a fresh bouquet of pink roses, nothing over empowering but definitely something that would linger on for a long time. Demeter brings a huge variety of fragrances and it was irresistible to try two of their rose variants, Bulgarian Rose and Pruning Shears.
Such a thrilling day it is… this very same day 3 years back, I finally gave blogging a kick start. Yes! Today Makeupmagique turns 3!! I never thought of being a blogger, it’s so much fun to see how things unfold and how the universe helps you find your way. Over this period of time, I have experienced so many emotions… there have been so many disappointments and setbacks but at the same time a lot of fun, joy, and vigor. My journey so far as a blogger has definitely been a roller coaster ride and I am more than happy to share it with you all.
If asked about my must have winter skin care product, It’s definitely The Body Shop, body butter. My very first purchase from the brand was back in 2008 and it was the Moroccan Rose body butter. Now if you remember me expressing my love for rose scented products every now and then, this is where the love story started. And needless to say, the product became my favorite. Unfortunately, The love story lasted only till the contents in the tub! Moroccan Rose body butter was discontinued! The reason for me narrating my past affair is because the lost love is back, no I don’t mean the discontinued variant, but some exciting new seasonal flavors and a close resemblance to Moroccan Rose body butter.
I am a big fan of natural products and I am always excited to try them and share my views with you all. The brand Goddesses Glow makes organic whipped body butter with all natural ingredients like shea butter, coconut oil, vitamin E oil… etc.. (I have them all listed below). They were generous enough to send them to me and I have been trying them for 2 weeks and here is what I think.
Florals are one of my favourite picks during monsoons and summers, they look so vibrant and make you look younger and brighter … HOTOUCH was generous enough to send me this beautiful comfy floral dress. For those who aren’t familiar, HOTOUCH is a clothing brand which you can check out at AMAZON. They offer quite a good variety of dresses to choose from and there is one for every mood! For those who are a sceptic, here is what I think about the brand.
