With the wedding season in full swing, I have a series of party/ wedding looks for you all to try. One of which is a Gold Rust Makeup look which I would be talking about in this Blog. This looks works best with Black, Gold, Maroon or Rust coloured outfits.
Here the eyes are kept less dramatic as my Lipstick shade is dark enough to add drama. On the eyes I used a soft gold on the lids and a brownish-copper on the outer V. Softly lining the eyes, Avoiding a dense line of Kohl instead paying attention just on the outer 1/4th of the eye for a wider and bigger look.
I have used a pretty rust-copperish lipstick here from maybelline, named ‘Keep Me Coral’
Bright eye-shadows such as blue, green, purple look really amazing if worn correctly. Bright blue eye liners/ eye-shadows have always been my favourite since college time, But one has to be really careful wearing a daring shade like this during the day for a casual outing. Let me show you how!
My blog for the day will help you with make-up when you have absolutely no time in hand. I follow this scenario when I am getting late for an outing and have no time to spend on elaborated makeup.
Step – 1:
Put compact all over your face and neck with a big fat powder brush. A good brush can really quicken the process.
Time taken – 00:00:50
Step – 2:
Put on some blusher on the cheeks. Swipe the same brush on the eyelids (the left over product on the brush shall be good enough for an everyday makeup look). This will add warmth to the face.
Time taken – 00:00:45
Step – 3:
Put on a brown eyeliner using a pencil, A pencil really helps put eyeliner quickly, its absolutely okay if your line is not perfect because we are going to smudge it in the next step.
Time taken – 00:01:00
Step – 4:
Use a brush to smudge the eyeliner you’d just put. Make sure you do this as soon as you apply it as with the course of time the liner tends to dry out and the smudging becomes time consuming and even the look of it doesn’t turn out to be as desired.
Time taken – 00:01:00
Step – 5:
Use the same brush (with no extra product), and stain the lower outer corner of the eye, giving just a tint of color.
